Sue Gaetzman
Sue Gaetzman is a poet and an actor. Born in Pittsburgh and raised in Phoenix, she graduated from USIU School of Performing and Visual Arts in San Diego with a BFA in acting. While in San Diego, she won two Atlas Awards at the Old Globe Theater, one for Best Actress in Moliere’s School for Wives and the other for Best Supporting Actress in Albee’s Seascape. Her credits as an actress range from working as a regular in the role of Madeline Rutherford on Days of Our Lives to re-voicing in English the lead role in 144 episodes of a Spanish soap opera. After 15 years of acting, she took a break and began writing. Her work has appeared in ONTHEBUS, Fauquier, and Wings, and her poetry appears in Rattle, Along the Path, and Poetalk. She lives in Sherman Oaks, California.
